Do you only advise, or do you also build?
Both. Most clients want one accountable person from the audit to the running system, so the advice is grounded in what's practical to build and maintain.
Do you work with clients in Dubai and the GCC?
Yes. I'm based in Malappuram, Kerala, and work remotely with businesses in Dubai and across the GCC, as well as the UK, the US and India. Discovery, workshops and delivery all run online.
What does a first engagement look like?
Usually a focused audit followed by one build with a measurable target. It's the lowest-risk way to see whether working together creates real value.
